Table Type Vacuum Packaging Machine

1. DDZ-260 table-type vacuum packager is featured by automatic processing of vacuuming, sealing, printing, cooling, which is used in vacuum packaging for the food, pharmaceutical, aquatic, chemical and electronic industries.

2. It can prevent the products from oxidization and mildew, as well as corrosion and moisture, keeping the quality and freshness of the product over prolonged storage time.

3. When the vacuum pump running, the oil height should be 3/4 of the oil window, you need to add the oil when the height is less than 1/2 of the oil window; otherwise, it will damage the motor of oil pump when the oil is too much or too little. When operate please refer to the instruction of vacuum pump.

4. The machine should be installed horizontally, there is no corrosion gas and big dust surrounds it, please keep good ventilation.

5. The machine should be installed with a protective grounding wire. In order to ensure the safety of the operators, please regularly check the connection to see if is good contacting.

6. Setting up the suitable sealing time and sealing temperature before working, and should observe the principle from low to high. In order to avoid burning the electric parts or PTEF sealing cloth, it doesn’t allow to adjust the sealing time too long or sealing temperature to high at once.

7. The vacuum pump starts to work when the cover depresses, the operator should press the cover with a little more strength if the cover is not closing up in a suitable place.

8. It can install the gas-flushing device, also can be custom made according to customer’s request.
