Single Chamber Vacuum Packager

1. DZ500-2D is featured by automatic processing of vacuuming, sealing, printing, cooling, which is used in vacuum packaging for the food, pharmaceutical, aquatic, chemical and electronic industries.

2. DZQ500-2D fills the packaging bag with some kind of gas, such as nitrogen, after vacuuming the bag. It is featured by automatic processing of vacuuming, gas filling, sealing, printing, cooling, which is used in vacuum packaging for the food, pharmaceutical, aquatic, chemical and electronic industries.

3. To obtain the optimized package quality, the machine is set up with a vacuum, heat sealing temperature, heat sealing duration setting device to meet different packing material and requirements.

4. According to the requirements from users, the machine can be attached with lettering printer, which features the convenience of a character changing and printing.

5. While sealing, it can print the storage duration, date of production or factory lot on the sealing line following the stipulations of national food label law.

6. The whole machine is made up of five parts e.g. organic glass cover, lower vacuum chamber, machine body, electric control element and vacuum system.

7. The lower working chamber is set up with a hot press sealing device. The heating element applies a nickel-chrome tape, which is mounted between the Bakelite hot press frame and vacuum chamber and is cumulative.

8. The Bakelite hot press frame is tightly stuck to the air cell. Before thermal sealing, the air cell is in a vacuum state. The air cell is connected to the atmosphere through electromagnetic value.

9. While thermal sealing, the differential pressure produced makes the air cell enlarge and the heating head (nickel-chrome tape) rise to press and seal the opening.
