Double Chamber Vacuum Packager

1. DZ-2SB series double chamber vacuum packaging machine is featured by automatic processing of vacuuming, sealing, printing, cooling, which is used in vacuum packaging for the food, pharmaceutical, aquatic, chemical and electronic industries.

2. It can prevent the products from oxidization and mildew, as well as corrosion and moisture, keeping the quality and freshness of the product over prolonged storage time.

3. DZQ600-2SB machine fills the bag with some kind of gas, such as nitrogen, after vacuuming the bag. Nitrogen gas helps to have longer freshness time than vacuum state.

4. It has double vacuum chambers. The operator can prepare bags for next vacuum packing in another chamber when one chamber is packing.

5. The power supply of the machine is single phase and three-wire system of 200V, 50-60HZ. The heating system of the machine is voltage adjustable type.

6. The primary voltage of the heating transformer is 220V. The second voltage can be adjusted with changeover switch on the panel and has three types. The heat sealing temperature can be changed by adjusting the voltage of the transformer.

7. The vacuum system of the machine is made up of air pump, heat sealing valve and discharge valve and serves for actuating mechanism. The machine applies a single-stage spiral slice type vacuum pump (The technical performances of the pump see the instruction to pump.).

8. Connect with the power supply. The power indicator lights. Place the plastic bag filled with the object into the vacuum chamber. The opening of the bag should be placed on the thermal sealing bar neatly.
