1. DKX4540 can not only be used on a single machine but also be used with automation to the packaging line, and this machine is controlled by PLC+ HMI.

2. This automatic unpacking machine is equipped with automatic unpacking, automatic folding of the lower cover and automatic sealing of the bottom of the carton.

3. Easy operation, simple maintenance, and stable performance is a piece of the essential line equipment in automatic production. At the same time, the whole process of sucking box, molding, folding and sealing is completed.

4. It is rationally designed so that the forming, folding and sealing process is accomplished simultaneously and it is suitable for forming and sealing cartons of the same size.

5. Vertical storage is adopted for storing carton blanks, for which carton blanks can be added at any time without stopping the machine.

6. If the carton size needs to be changed, the operator should adjust the machine manually (finishing in 2-3 minutes).

7. After the new machine used for a while, you should adjust the conveyor belts to be tight so as not to be slide or damage the leading belt.

8. The right way of using pressure-valve is that if you find the pressure of manometer is not in the regulate scope, then you have to do adjustment as bellows: Pull up the cover of the pressure-adjuster, turn it in clockwise to add the pressure or turn it in counter-clockwise to reduce the pressure. When the pressure is adjusted, make sure to turn it step by step, with an equable step to adjust the pressure to what you need. And then press the cover with your force to make the adjust-switch of pressure-valve in the state is closed. So this can keep the machine’s working pressure stable.
