1. FXJ5050Z is mainly applicable to automatic fold carton sealing and packaging which can not only be a single machine operation results but also be used with the assembly line. Great for heavy duty packaging.

2. Automatic fold carton sealing machine suit packing same size cartons, sealing the cartons with stick tape.

3. Artificial positioning when the size of the cartons is changed, the upper cover and back cover folded automatically, flattening don’t fold angle fold into fast.

4. The cylinder started to work when cartons touch the middle travel switch，the cylinder start to fold when cartons touch the back travel switch.

5. The unit installs the sealing head. The sealing head can finish up and down sealing and cutting meanwhile. Tape install unit can install sealing tape，and adjust the tightness of the tape.

6. Adjust the stand column, auto fold unit, upper sealing head unit by adjusting handle. Adjust the stand column to suit different size cartons. Adjust the distance between two press wheels of this device to make the sealing more stable, sticking more artistic.

7. They fold the left and right covers before sealing after folding the front cover and back cover. There is an automatic fold function in the sealing time. The cylinder started to work when cartons touch the middle travel switch，the cylinder start to fold when cartons touch the back travel switch.

8. The two sides conveyor start to work when cartons touch the entrance travel switch. Adjust the width of the tunnel by width adjust handle, in order to the tape stick on the center position.
